152 Navigating NBCC CE Provider Approval
Get your step by step guide to private practice. Because you are too important to lose to not knowing the rules, going broke, burning out, and giving up. #counselorsdontquit.
So Texas doesn't have rules regarding CE providers. Nbcc does and there's a process where you can apply and it's a little involved, which is a good thing, because when you have an NBCC provider they will hold themselves to a certain standard. So you're going to learn about that tonight and Kimberly has been gracious enough to agree to do this kind of a shortened version of a course that she it's a longer course that she teaches and she's going to give you more information about that. So if you do want or need more information about that, you can reach out to her, and I see we do have the attendance link posted in the chat. Go ahead and click that. You don reach out to her, and I see we do have the attendance link posted in the chat. Go ahead and click that. You don't need to fill it out right now.
Speaker 1:And if you forget to get the number, don't stress, that's mainly for us, but go ahead and keep that open and that way, when the presentation's over, it's there and we will have all the resources for you in your Kate Walker training profile. So that's where your certificate is. That's where we'll put the PowerPoint for this evening and anything else Kimberly wants to share with us. So, without further ado, I'm going to turn it over to Kimberly Parker. Thank you so much for being here.
Speaker 2:Absolutely. Thank you so much, dr Walker. I really appreciate you for having me here today. I'm so honored. This group has been so helpful for me, especially as a newer clinical supervisor for associates, so I just am so grateful to be here. I also feel like I see a couple familiar names, so it's always nice to see familiar faces and kind of put a face with the Facebook group or whatever it may be. So thank you all so much for having me here. I know that this time will probably go by pretty quickly, so I'm going to go ahead and share my slides with you all and if you could also confirm for me if you see the document that I dropped in the chat, because that should, okay, you do, okay, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, okay, very good, all right, let me go ahead and move this up a little bit. All right, so I always like to check in at the very beginning of the presentation. Especially canva tends to be very rich in its document or its bite size.
Speaker 1:So, as it's, taking time to load. Kimberly, I'm going to stop you. I said yes, and now I don't see the document. So you can either drop that again or just I think you sent it to me in an email and so, everybody, I will drop that into your profile as well. Absolutely for sure.
Speaker 2:Okay, let me drop it here, that way y' all can follow along. Okay, so it looks like it's loading up there. All right, cool, so it should be there in the chat. Welcome again to this training on how to become an improved NVCC continuing education provider. As Dr Walker mentioned, this is a larger class. I typically do it workshop style over about four hours, and that will be coming up again. I usually do it once a quarter. That will be coming up again next week. So I'll give you all more information on that. But I wanted to at least provide you with the meat and potatoes so that you can get started. You can get started or you can continue. You might already be in the process, and so I know why I created this course is because when I went to apply, I don't know if it was like my ADHD tendencies or what, but I just kept looking at that application and then I would just close the document every single time and I'd open up the policy manual and I would just I would close it every single time until one day. I just told myself you're going to sit down and you're going to do that this week. So welcome, welcome, welcome. Feel free while we're here. I definitely believe in a mutual learning experience and so if you ever need to unmute yourself or there's like a raise hand feature or pop something in the chat, I will make sure to check in At the end of every objective. I do also have a slide for questions and thoughts, just to make sure that I can check in with y'all as well. So again, I'm so glad to be here with y'all. My name is Kimberly Parker. All right, we'll get into it. All right. So quick disclaimer I did let NBCC know when I first started doing this course last year that I was going to start doing it, and they want me to make this disclaimer to remind you all that I am not speaking on or acting on behalf of NBCC and there is no guarantee that participants, acep, which is the approved continuing education provider, application submission will be approved. Ok now, I've already heard good feedback from my attendees, really really great feedback from everyone who has joined. I think we've had about 60 attendees so far and they are all doing great but want to respect NBCC and provide that disclaimer. So again, my name is Kimberly Parker.
Speaker 2:I'm the CEO of Revive to Thrive Wellness Center. I have about seven years now of experience of mental health treatment at all levels of care. I am a fourth year doctoral student, so I might be bugging y'all soon to be a participant in my study as I start data collection. Hopefully, over the next couple of months I'll be focusing on the professional journeys of individuals who are working to decolonize their therapy practice as well as what are their common factors. So that's my shameless plug of the night. Yes, thank you Again.
Speaker 2:My roles are being the CEO, being a therapist to my amazing clients. I typically work with cycle breakers who are wanting to break generational patterns but also love their families and are very collectivistic, so we try to figure out how to merge the two. I offer trainings and speaking engagements, the trainings that I typically offer on the topic of cultural humility, as well as the NBCC course. I'm also a clinical supervisor to some amazing supervisees, researcher and instructor. I'm telling you this because there is a course that I do with a psychiatric nurse practitioner friend that I have, and I'm always looking at feedback whenever doing courses, and someone mentioned I really wish you all would have taken time to like tell you a little bit more about yourselves because I might want to continue working with you. So I think for the purpose of that I wanted to give you my bio, but also for the purpose of knowing who you're learning from. I'm really big about like that know who you're learning from and you know that you can trust that person's knowledge, whatever it is that they're going to share with you. So, just so I can kind of get a better idea of who's in the room and what courses you're offering or what courses you want to offer, I'd like to see if y'all wouldn't mind popping in the chat just a little bit more about yourself, your name, if you want to share a little bit more about who you work with maybe it's that that ideal client that you work with as well as if you can tell me if you're currently offering trainings or any continuing education courses. And then if you want to share your biggest hope for today, that's also great. So yeah, I'll just give you a few moments to drop that in the chat.
Speaker 2:Again, I would love to learn more about who's here and again, if you are offering courses, maybe even the topics if you already have the topics that you are wanting to you know, share or train on, I'd love to hear more. I'll give you a few moments to pop that in the chat. You're also welcome to unmute yourself as well, if that works better for you. All right, michelle, okay, that is a very familiar name, I know at some point in time I feel like you have been a great resource, is what I'm thinking? Awesome, okay, you want to take your Okay, yeah, and turn it into a CE session? Yes, that would be awesome.
Speaker 2:Now if I could ask you this again. I'm just trying to get a better idea for who's in the room here. With the ebook that you're referring to, you want to teach folks how to create the e-book, or the e-book you want to translate that? You're saying, based on what the topic is, you want to translate that into a continuing education course? Ok, awesome, very cool, amazing, okay, all right. Lynn says you train all right, therapy, all right, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome. Dr Tara Fox amazing, all right, very cool, okay. So trainings, positioning graduate students Awesome, awesome, okay. Working with complex PTSD All right. Postpartum Amazing, awesome, very cool. Also, addiction Okay, which is great because there are specific topics that will and we'll review that today what those topics are All right, perinatal, amazing. Also, working with graduate students yeah, I'm sure I'll probably see a theme there of working with graduate students or associates.
Speaker 2:Now that I think about it, all right, doing okay, but hope to start absolutely trauma informed care yes, yes, yes, all right. Crystal Lockett, okay, you have a lot of topics. Okay, very good, very good, all right. From hangry to happy yes, I love that, amazing. Oh, my gosh, I feel like I don't know if anyone else can relate. I was going to be hangry before I got here, but I was able to stop and get some food really quick. So, all right, awesome, okay, yeah, so y'all just continue to drop those specialties in the chat. That's so cool. You said here you train mental health professionals, lawyers and school districts. Okay, that's awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome.
Speaker 2:And we'll talk a little bit more about that as it relates to being able to really diversify your income and maximize, you know, making, making money off of the courses that you offer. I think something that's important to mention that Dr Dr Walker touched on earlier is like, yes, we have the 50 50 rule here in Texas where, technically, I mean any course that you take, as long as the person is falling under that rule, you can absolutely offer the course, you can attend the course, you can get credit. But the cool thing about the NBCC approval is that once you get that approval, you can offer your course nationwide. So oftentimes when I do courses, I've got folks coming from over here and over there. They know that, again, it's been approved through NBCC. So, like Dr Walker mentioned, you know that piece about knowing that the individual whether it's their bio that they read through or the course that they read through that they know that they're also offering a quality material, which I think is important. So, yeah, so y'all just keep commenting your introductions in the chat.
Speaker 2:I'll go back and check in on the next break. Again, you're also welcome to unmute yourself, and so what we're going to be going over today is the application process and how to avoid common mistakes, what to include in your materials and how to meet NBCC requirements, as well as how to leverage your provider status to grow your income and influence. Again, this course is typically four hours, done over four hours, very much so workshop style, and I'll talk a little bit more about that at the end and so we'll continue to get right into it. All right. So navigating the application process, all right. So navigating the application process, all right.
Speaker 2:So one of the main requirements is making sure that you are a qualified presenter, and so there are three different categories that you can fit in as it relates to being a presenter. Cross anyone just yet who was a category two or category three presenter, and I'll tell you what I mean by that. So a category one presenter consists of an individual who has received a graduate degree from a regionally accredited institution. That was also a mental health program. So those three parts, so graduate school, mental health, as well as regionally accredited. I had someone email me today and they said hey, I want to take your course, but I'm a marriage family therapist and I live in this state. And I said no problem, because it's already been confirmed with NBCC that any discipline can apply to be an NBCC provider, so it's not just specific to LPCs. You can be a marriage, family therapist, a social worker, psychologist, psychiatrist, and you can get this credential. And so category one again, it's going to consist of having a graduate degree with a mental health background from a regionally accredited school. In addition to that, they want to make sure that you're a subject matter expert on the topic that you're speaking on and that you have the education again on the topic that you're speaking on.
Speaker 2:So what I would assume is that most people here are Category 1 presenters. Again, I haven't come across a Category 2 or Category 3 presenter, but I'll still share just in case. A Category 2 presenter is pretty much the same as a Category 1 presenter, with the exception of their graduate degree did not come from a background in mental health. So maybe this is I'm going to make it up somebody who I don't know took communications as their background. You know, they have a graduate degree from a regionally accredited institution. They're a subject matter expert, but they did not go to a program that was specific towards mental health, so that's going to be your category two presenter. Okay, as it relates to your category three presenter, that's going to consist of an individual who is qualified again on the topic. They have the education, but, as you notice, they didn't come from a regionally accredited graduate school or a school that has the mental health background, and so that is going to be your category three. You may now see why I mentioned that most folks here are category one presenters.
Speaker 2:Okay, so a couple of other things to keep in mind, as well as presenter requirements and restrictions, is that each program presenter must qualify under the policy. So this policy that we just went over category one, two and three and teach and be a subject matter expert on that particular topic. So for some people, maybe they're doing research on it, maybe they're already offering trainings on it, etc. Etc. Subject matter expert. Unfortunately, honorary degrees do not count for this requirement. I always say, why do they have this rule? But I have a feeling that somewhere, somehow, something happened and now they have to. You know, make it a rule, you know it goes so. So that's one thing is knowing that the honorary degree is not going to count for this requirement, and if the individual has received an academic degree outside of the US, there might be some additional kind of hoops and ladders that you might have to jump through, which is pretty traditional, I think, for our field. So that is just a quick snapshot on presenter qualifications.
Speaker 2:All right, now the next part that I notice and I'll stop in a moment to ask questions or see if you have any questions or any thoughts the next thing that folks have questions about as it relates to the application, because this is actually on the first page, when they're asking you who's going to be the provider, okay, and so we know what the presenter consists of? And then you have the provider. Who is going to be the provider? But there's two other roles that they mentioned here. So one is going to be the ACEP administrator and just to recap on that acronym, again, it's approved continuing education provider. Okay, so what I like to call this person even though I have this really cool guy in a construction outfit or I don't know what he's got going on actually, but this engineer is I like to think of this person as our admin person.
Speaker 2:So this individual is going to manage all aspects of the ACEP program within BCC. Some of the key responsibilities include to serve as the main contact, handle the application process, oversee program administration and compliance, as well as a manage, approval and maintenance of ACEP status. So I have some folks who I actually serve as all three roles, and I'm going to get to the next role here in a minute, just because I am a one. You know, one woman show at this current time, but I have someone that I was working with recently and they're like Kim. I'm really not the most organized person. I think I want to have somebody else serve as the ACEP administrator and that's perfectly fine. That's perfectly fine.
Speaker 2:There's a lot of organization to keep in mind, whether it's the program or it's. You're keeping the summaries of the evaluation, you're keeping a copy of the certificates and really anything that you will need to be prepared for audits, and so having an organization or having someone who is willing to organize all of those things as well as handle the application process, is ideal. Additionally, based on when you get approved, a year from there, you're going to need to pay your annual fee as well. If I remember correctly, it was about $300. And so, with that being said, you are going to want to make sure, again, that you have that person, your admin person, who's looking out for these types of emails. They know about any upcoming audits, they know about any fees that are due so that you can maintain your status. So that is the ACEP administrator. That's going to be your person who's all things admin.
Speaker 2:Okay, now this next person, the nickname that I use for this person. Again, I'm all three, and sometimes I just feel like that sounds like I'm so full of myself, but no, I'm just a one woman show over here right now. So this is what I like to call the quality control individual. Okay, like I mentioned, you can serve as all three roles you can be the provider, you can be the admin person and you can be this quality control person who is called the program content administrator. This individual is going to make sure that your programs are maintaining quality and integrity in the content that is being shared. Okay, what you'll notice is that it also requires that they hold an advanced degree from a mental health field. And so if you are a category one presenter which again I'm assuming most people here are going to be that category one presenter then you're also eligible to be the program content administrator and this individual will be responsible for ensuring program content meets the NBCC standards, verify presenter qualifications, maintain educational integrity, and they may also serve as the administrator because, again, you can serve as all three if you choose to.
Speaker 2:What I will say is to one of these points here, it mentioned verified presenter qualifications. So I know maybe a little bit ago I ended up doing a panel with about four other colleagues and I was trying to figure out. You know, there is a difference obviously between the provider so the person who handles all things, provider versus the presenter, the person who's going to present, and I was trying to make sure that I had all of the materials needed again, because I want to be prepared for any audits that come up, and so one way that I saw fit to do this was to collect their resumes, because that's going to tell me anything I need to know about their experience, their education, etc. Etc. So that could be one way that you're verifying presenter qualifications. What you'll also notice in the application the application is nine pages total that it does have a form that will ask the qualifications of the presenter. So that's another alternative is providing whoever's going to present for you another form.
Speaker 2:I think that's important to note because there are different applications. So today we're talking about the ACEP provider application, right, and that is so that once you are approved, any program that you provide under that particular provider name can be covered through NBCC. Now, if you choose to collaborate with someone, you may or may not need another application, but that's going to depend on their involvement. So, as I mentioned when I did the panel with four other presenters, I handled all things provider, and so I was able to serve as a provider without paying NBCC another fee and filling out another application. I just said you guys, I'm going to take care of all the provider things you just show up, look beautiful and be so smart like you already are, and bring your presentation materials and I will handle registration and passing out certificates and all of those things. So I think that's important to notice because sometimes when you look at the website, you'll think that you might actually need to fill out a separate application to collaborate with someone. But as long as you're willing to serve as a provider and handle all things provider willing to serve as a provider and handle all things provider you will be good to go.
Speaker 2:Okay and I just wanted to mention that again because that was actually like a huge misconception that I had and the initial application is $800. And so folks usually have questions about that as well, of like, hey, when I pay this $800, I see there's also an additional fee of $400. And that is correct. And so what that means is when you apply for the first time, you're applying for one format. You can choose to apply for two formats at once, but when you apply for the first time, usually folks are applying for the first one. I applied for the live format. That means any training that I offer, live or in person, is covered. That application is $800.
Speaker 2:Should I decide, or should you decide to add on on-demand courses, they are going to require that you pay an additional $400 to be an on-demand provider. So I also want to be sensitive to the fact that $800 or $1,200 up front is a decent amount of money. So I want to acknowledge that and I think that's one of the barriers that comes up with this application. And what I try to get folks to rest assured on is by offering your courses. It can be very I don't know if I want to use the word easy, but it can be easy-ish and very quick to make your money back, because it can be very profitable and a very good way to diversify your income.
Speaker 2:So let me get to this slide. I think this is a slide where I can check in with you about oh, one more slide, and then I'll check in with you about questions or thoughts. Again, this is in the PowerPoint. Your three best friends are going to be the actual application. There's also the policy manual, which we're going to be breaking that down more and more in this presentation. And then they also have what they call a toolkit, which is nice because you can kind of click on there and get different visuals for the actual certificate and things of that nature. So those are going to be your three best friends, your three best websites for this process. Let me check in with y'all. I see a couple of questions may have come in through the chat and again, you're also welcome to unmute yourself as well.
Speaker 1:Hey, kimberly, I just want to mention when I applied, I actually applied for both. I applied, I actually applied for both and I did not get the live certification. I hadn't given enough at that time because it was COVID. I hadn't really done any live webinars so I didn't have one to give them. They gave me, so I blew 400 bucks or whatever it was. So you know, be like, be patient. I guess it would be my advice. Like you know, make sure you have your stuff together and you feel good about it before you hit that send button. I mean, would you agree?
Speaker 2:Oh, I would absolutely agree and thank you so much for mentioning that, because, again, I mean, while I believe in abundance, I don't have money raining down on trees, you know, from trees just yet. And so, yes, I do want to be very mindful and I know there's also I think that's another thing that comes up when I talk to folks about this course is nobody really wants to lose money, so it's also like holding back on the application in this really great idea that they have because they don't want to lose the money and I'm so sorry that happened to you because and because they don't want to lose the money and I'm so sorry that happened to you because and they were super helpful Like they were coming back and they were saying like look, you need more of this or this.
Speaker 1:You know you need to show us more of that and I just I hadn't done enough to really show them, but you know the money's already spent and there we go.
Speaker 2:Exactly. Thank you so much for bringing that up, and I'm actually going to touch on that a little bit more, I think in the next objective here, because that is very important. Yeah, I don't want anybody losing money. I want to give you the best chance possible to get your application approved. Okay, so I see here there's a note. It says to collaborate. I can find someone who's already a presenter and agree to be the provider for them. Correct, someone who's already a presenter and agree to be the provider for them? Correct, absolutely. If you want to be the provider and you are totally fine taking on that responsibility, you are more than welcome to do that. And I'll give you another example on that is I have a friend right now.
Speaker 2:Maybe some of y'all may have heard from her. I promise this is not another shameless plug, but she is working on her dissertation and she is offering a continuing education course as like an incentive to do her survey for her dissertation. So I told her I was like hey, you know that's my girl. So I'm like, if you want me to serve as a provider for this training that you're providing, that way folks can get credit, I'll do that. Now she had the backing of the university who's also an ACEP, so she's like I think we're good, but she did have me kind of as a backup if needed. Crystal, you said so.
Speaker 2:Once you apply under the ACEP version, it covers all courses. Yes, that you want to offer as a provider and I'm so glad you asked that, crystal, because there's an application for collaborating. So that is, if you're going to share the provider duties, there is an application for that and with that application you actually have to pay. It's like in ranges. So, like this course I offer with Bonnie, if we want to offer it like one to five times, they'll charge you X amount of money and we would just keep having to pay that over and over and over again if her and I wanted to collaborate as providers and presenters. But in the case where you're taking on the full responsibility of the provider, you don't need that additional application. But to get a little bit more specific with your question, crystal, yes, any course that you want to offer, as long as it is following the content material for NBCC and what their requirements are, all of your courses are covered under that. Some folks I had someone recently who told me they wanted to fill out an application, for there's a single program application. So if you just want to get credit for one course Me personally again, I really like to work smarter and not harder if at all possible so that application doesn't make too much sense to me because I rather just pay and be covered moving forward. But in some instances that might make sense for folks. All right.
Speaker 2:So y'all keep the questions coming in. Let's see. Cheryl said do we have to send the webinar for a live training? That was done online, so okay, so the application here, so the application is nine pages total. They have the live format, which means you were offering it live as well as you could offer it in person if you chose to meet up in person. But then they have a separate part of the application for on-demand courses. So I just want to be sure, cheryl, for this webinar that you're talking about, are you saying that if you wanted to be an on-demand provider, would you have to provide them with the recording of that course? Is that what you're asking? But it actually doesn't sound like, because you mentioned live training. I want to make sure that I'm answering that correctly. If you wouldn't mind unmuting yourself or if you could elaborate on that, I want to make sure that I answer your questions sufficiently.
Speaker 4:Are you asking about what I put in here? Do we have to send the webinar for a live training that was done online.
Speaker 2:I just wanted to see clarification. Are you saying that you're offering a course that's live?
Speaker 4:No, I've already done one, and I did it to the Association of Prenatal and Perinatal Psychology and Health. It was done live online. Psychology and health. It was done live online, but I don't have a recording to send.
Speaker 2:Absolutely. You don't need the recording. So if you're going to apply for the live in person so like live is kind of like how we're doing right now, or a little bit of conference room with them it sounds like, though you did it kind of like this If you're applying for that particular format, you do not have to send a recording to them. You have information about that program and I'm going to elaborate on that in just a moment. But you do not need to send them a recording.
Speaker 2:Okay, great, thank you, absolutely, absolutely, all right, so y'all can continue to have your questions. Pop in the chat. Just to recap, I'm a big recap person just because I want to make sure that we're going from hidden objective to objective is. So far, we've talked about the roles, right? So we have who's the provider, so that person who's going to take the responsibility Some people use their name, some people use their business name. Then we have our administrator. They're going to handle all things admin, paying those fees, turning in the application If they have questions about your application, like Dr Walker mentioned, boom, then they'll be the person who gets back to them. And then you have your quality control person, who's going to make sure that you're maintaining the quality and the standards of NBCC, whether it be the content material, keeping up with the different documentation that they require, like evaluations, et cetera, et cetera. That is going to be your program. You're, like I like to call it the QC, your quality control person.
Speaker 2:Okay, we also talked about the different category of presenters. So category one, two or three and again I'm making the assumption that most folks here are going to be category one, meaning that you have a graduate degree from a regionally accredited institution with a background in mental health and you are a subject matter expert. All right, now what to include on your application. So the application is nine pages total and it consists of a few items. So the first thing that you're going to include and we're speaking again specifically about the live event program is Attachment A, and that is going to be all about your program that you are applying for. Okay, so let's say, if somebody has a course I had somebody, daisy she was doing a course on making play therapy culturally responsive for Spanish speaking families, and so that is the course. Even though she offered several courses before that course, that was the one that she chose to do her application on. So when it comes to filling out Attachment A on the nine-page application, that is what we wrote about on her particular application. In addition to that, they're also going to want a brochure or any type of agenda, any promotional materials that are attached to that specific course. So I know when I did my application, I did it on the course Counseling Black Women, and so when I filled out Attachment A, it was from a course that I offered on like November 10th, and so everything that I wrote on Attachment A was about that the flyer was advertising that date. The objectives were in alignment with what I put on Att. A was about that the flyer was advertising that date. The objectives were in alignment with what I put on attachment A as well, and so for that you can just it can be like a PDF or a JPEG.
Speaker 2:However you want to send the information. It's all going to go in one email, unless you choose to mail it in. In addition to that, they're also going to want a blank program evaluation. What I like to use for that is Google Forms, just because it's really, really user-friendly. I know a lot of folks already use the Google Workplace anyhow, and so I'll use Google Forms, because another part of the application that they want is a summary of feedback, and so you have the blank one that doesn't have any responses on it, but then you also have a summary that they want you to include as well.
Speaker 2:So I think it's important to bring this up and we're going to get to this in just a moment is that it is required, and I think this may have been what happened when it is required, and I think this may have been what happened when Kate Dr Walker when she applied is that the information that you fill out is going to be on something that you've already offered, and they actually want you to have offered two different programs, even though you're doing the application on one specific program. They want it to be that you've already offered at least two different trainings. And so, again, we'll get to that here in a moment, but I wanted to bring that up here because when you're submitting the evaluation summary, that is going to be based off, again, whatever you're filling the application on, but also a training that did happen, because we need that summary of feedback. Okay, in addition to that, you're also going to include your presenter qualification form, which one of the things that I like to mention about that form, because usually you're just filling out your education when you earn your degree, what your credentials are, et cetera, et cetera.
Speaker 2:On that particular page they will ask for your bio, and I like to mention there that you want to make sure that your bio is specific to whatever training you're submitting your application on. So again, my training was on counseling Black women, and so when I submitted my bio I mean, I think we all have so many different bios based on what we're doing I made sure that the bio spoke to my background in working with Black women. So I talked about the research, I talked about the presentations, I talked about the types of clients that I work with, et cetera, et cetera. I know most of us have so much experience and have done all kinds of things, but for the purpose of this application, we want to make sure that your bio is specific to the topic that you're going to be training on. Okay, it's almost like when you're applying for maybe some of these conferences ACA or whatever and they're asking for, like, your rationale of why you're qualified to present on this particular topic. That's almost how I look at putting your bio information on this application.
Speaker 2:In addition to that, they also want you to include a copy of the CEU certificate that you plan to pass out to your attendees. The cool thing about that is, as I mentioned a couple of slides ago, there were three different links that I said will be your best friends. The toolkit which I want to say is the very last link. They actually provide to you an example of a CEU certificate, and so with that, you're able to take a look at it and really just copy it, and so with that, you're able to take a look at it and really just copy it. Like you know, just get your own Canva or whatever program you use to make your certificates, or, if you're looking for one.
Speaker 2:I like Canva, I think they have some pretty good templates, and you'll just want to make sure that you are including the pertinent information there. Okay, all right, let's see here. Okay, we're about halfway through. I want to make sure I can get all this information to y'all, all right? So I'm going to do another check-in now that we've talked a little bit more about the requirements for and I'll just go back to that slide too, just in case y'all have any questions specific on that one, any questions about what is going to be required of you when you submit your application, you can pop it in the chat or you can unmute yourself. Whatever works best for you.
Speaker 3:Kimberly, did I understand you correctly in that, when you were talking about the evaluation summaries, they want two of them? They want it for the program that you are submitting and for a completely separate program, or did I get that confused?
Speaker 2:Thank you so much for asking that and I know I'll be honest with you. This is a question that comes up often because the language, I think, is a little bit scrambled, so bear with me, if you will. When you submit your application you're going to, I think, is a little bit scrambled, so bear with me, if you will. When you submit your application, you're going to give them just a blank eval, so one that has nobody's responses on it, but then you're also going to give them a summary of feedback that you've received. So and that's why I like Google forms, because you can download just your, your blank evaluation. But then usually I want to say it's like the middle tab of the Google Forms It'll give you the summary. So every single question that you ask folks, you can just download that summary and it's going to give you a beautiful summary.
Speaker 2:So let's say, if you have a question I have maybe some Likert scale questions in there, a lot of fill in the blanks too, because they do want people to be able to offer open-ended feedback as well. But let's say, if I had a question that was like one through five, it'll give me the average of what that is and the percentages of it, absolutely. Now to your point about a different program. I think I'm going to explain that in like the next slide, and it will make a little bit more sense there, because you are correct that another program is required and I can elaborate on that for sure, thank you.
Speaker 1:Any other questions and again, you're totally welcome to unmute yourself or pop it in the chat all right, I'm gonna ask something real quick, kimberly, um, you know, one of the reasons I'm kind of I'm almost glad I don't have nbcc for my webinars is because the topics are so broad. Are you going to talk a little bit about the topics that you have to like? They have to meet those criteria absolutely, absolutely, absolutely.
Speaker 2:Yes, that's such a great question that, because that's so important, I mean I think that's the such such the meat and potatoes and I know there were some folks with the panel that I recently did it was on diversifying your income and some folks were like, is that really a covered content area? And it is. It actually is as it relates to that, professional development and also, I think, as it relates to self-care. I mean, I don't know that it's sustainable that we only do one-to-one care. So we will absolutely go over the content. Very good question. Yeah, okay cool.
Speaker 2:All right, all right, so how to meet NBCC standards. So again, it's already kind of been interwoven into this presentation a bit, because again we're talking about what type of category presenter you are, making sure you have your three roles your provider, your admin person, your quality control and then also talking about what is actually required of the application. And so a couple of notes. So you want to make sure, again, that you are offering a course that is covered under the policy as it relates to the topics and the content that is acceptable, and we're going to go into that in just a moment. In addition to this and this is going to go a little bit with the last thing that we were talking about is you want to make sure that you have offered at least two different live programs or one home study program that qualifies for NBCC credit. Now I'm going to be honest with you. I'm not exactly sure why. There there's a huge part of me that wonders well, why do you have to offer two if you're only doing an application on one? I mean, you're literally not going to write anything else about this other course that you offered. My suspicion is they want to make sure that someone has practice in doing this. That's my suspicion, but again, so I did it because, again, when it comes to paying $800, I don't want to, you know, just take a wild guess and then just hope that you know. So I want to say, by then, maybe the courses that I had offered was the course that I do with Bonnie Stice on cultivating what is it? The four roadblocks to counselor growth. So that's a culture humility course, and then counseling black women. But I only did my application and all my application materials were about counseling black women. Okay, some people ask me like, hey, like I really want to submit my application, like do I need to wait till I get a bunch of people to sign up? I only had five people at that particular. Yeah, only five people. So when I submitted my evaluation summary, when I submitted my application and they asked me how many people were there, there were only five people and that was completely fine.
Speaker 2:So another quick way if you're like hey, I want to apply for this sooner than later, but I haven't met this requirement yet of offering at least two different live programs, you might consider, especially since we have a lot of supervisors here in the room, that if you're offering supervision, maybe there's like a one hour course that you've created, that could be a part of your supervision experience, maybe if you have like a two hour group or one hour group or something like that. Because what is required that it's going to be a topic that is covered in meeting the requirement of NBCC. And also another way that you can kind of do this is because not only is it going to be content that is specific to NBCC, which we'll get in here in just a moment, but it doesn't have to be again. You don't have to have like 10 or 20 people. So if you wanted to, let's say, if you have three or four supervisees and you have a topic that you want to present to them, that's another way of meeting this requirement. It doesn't have to be extensive. Why? Because programs for NBCC are made for graduate level counselors, and we know your associates are graduate level counselors, so that would be sufficient. Okay, now if you already have courses in your pocket that you've been offering, then you are meeting this requirement.
Speaker 2:Oh, I think I forgot to go over the last one here One second, I'm sorry. All right, in addition to that, okay, this is just mentioning that you want to make sure that you have your admin person. You also want to make sure that you have your admin person. You also want to make sure that you have your quality control person, as we mentioned. That's the individual with the graduate level degree, with a background in mental health and they are a subject matter expert. They're going to be your quality control person. You want to have, of course, a complete application with fees, materials, et cetera, et cetera. Again, as it was mentioned, they are pretty nice. I know that it can be a little bit nerve wracking to hear back from them and to see what feedback they have. They had feedback for me when I submitted my application and initially I was shaking in my boots again because I was like I really don't want to waste my money, but they were so nice and they were so helpful and it was something we were able to wrap up within like maybe three days, so all right. So, in addition to that, again, I have a feeling this is one of the rules that they have because it happened and so now they have to mention it is you just want to make sure not to advertise yourself as an NBCC provider until you get the go ahead from them. So those are just a bit more as it relates to the qualifications.
Speaker 2:I see a question in the chat. I'm going to stop for a moment. Yes, exactly, you can use your supervision group Absolutely, and I'm pretty sure. Again, when I did the training with Daisy again, she already had her course that she was offering on making play therapy culturally responsive for Spanish speaking families and she's like I really want to turn my application in sooner than later because there is a turnaround time. And that was what we came up with after confirming with NBCC that it's about offering courses to graduate level counselors, doesn't matter what their discipline is, as long as their state, as long as their state, as long as their board approves the NBCC credit, then it will be acceptable. And then, of course, we know for LPCs and they're called different things in different states without a doubt the NBC credit will be acceptable. All right.
Speaker 2:So how to avoid common mistakes, and so, as it relates to documentation and organization, you want to make sure to do your darndest. As it relates to the organization I know I mentioned that earlier especially as it relates to whoever you designate to be your admin person, a couple of things that you might include might be different folders or subfolders that you have on your computer external drives I know I had to buy one of those eventually because my computer just started breathing so heavily after a while that you need that external drive every now and again Dropbox, the cloud, asana or Trello I really like the idea of using a project management system like Asana or Trello just because you can do attachments you can label. You know you can have a different section for every course that you offer. It's really going to be what works best for you and your organization skills or whoever you designate to be your admin person. As far as common mistakes to avoid, you want to make sure that when you complete the evaluation form, or when you create the evaluation form, that you do have questions that are specific to ADA accommodations. So you're welcome to take a look, but on my website I have a notice there. I also have it listed under the facts section on my landing page. But then again, when passing out the evaluation and survey, I do have two specific questions about accommodations and were they offered, were they sufficient, et cetera, et cetera. So that's a common mistake that comes up.
Speaker 2:Also, incomplete application I like to address the application like I address when we fill out assessments or we're filling out some type of intake form. Even if there's nothing that you need to put there, I still like to put non-applicable because, for me, what I was taught was that if you put that, it lets them know that you noticed it, but it's just not applicable, opposed to it being something that I skipped over. And so, making sure that you really fill out every nook and cranny Sometimes I'll see, because I do review applications as well. Sometimes I'll notice things like a missing signature. I will also notice missing credentials and things of that nature. So really doing your darndest. I know it sounds very simple, but again, because I want everybody to get their money's worth, you want to make sure you fill everything out. Okay. Missing documentation? Okay, because again, the application itself is nine pages.
Speaker 2:But, as we talked about, there's other components that are included, whether it be your CE certificate or your evaluation or your summary of evaluation. So we want to make sure that we are including all pieces of the application. One way that I did that to make it a little bit easier for myself is I included I pretty much copy and pasted what they told me was required for the application and which I took out of the policy book, and when I sent the email to NBCC, I just made sure to touch on every single thing that they said they wanted, which we've talked about here as far as the application and the materials that go along with it. But that could be one way just to make sure that you're including everything. In addition to that, another common mistake might be inadequate course content, and so you know, if you are presenting on something that is not covered by the policy, which we're going to go over those content areas, because I think that's a really important thing to discuss us.
Speaker 2:The only other common mistake again that I see and this happens sometimes when we're workshopping, so when we're doing the four-hour course, or again if I'm reviewing someone's application is unclear learning objectives or learning objectives that are a little too hefty, and what I mean by that.
Speaker 2:I think back to this wonderful person who came to the course and, like many of us I think I saw that in the chat we have so many great ideas and so we were doing our workshop and she's like, all right, here's my first objective.
Speaker 2:And it was actually about four different objectives in one objective.
Speaker 2:And so the reason why I like to point this out is not to come down on that person because she's awesome, she's wonderful, but because we really wanna make things as simple as possible for the reviewer, and if they can't make their way through the objectives, which the objectives are to be in alignment with the content that is required, then that can kind of slow things down. You might get them, you know, writing you back to make edits and things of that nature. So, again, we want to do our best to keep them measurable and as clear and as concise as possible. You only have room for four objectives, and so I have had it before depending on what the objective is, we've been able to find like some cool ways to condense them, but do wanna make that note that if we can make them as clear and concise, that would be one way that we can get the application through and get it approved, all right. So tell me this Any questions, any questions, before we proceed. I know we have a few more slides here.
Speaker 1:You've got a question in the chat about early application course participants. Can they use the certificate later? And I hope I'm understanding that, Trina.
Speaker 2:Let me see Can early application course participants. Can you would you mind unmuting yourself? Trina Sure.
Speaker 5:So the people that we use, for instance the supervisees, um, you know, to, um, I guess, practice or try out our course once it gets approved? I mean, if that course is approved and we've given them a certificate, is that something that they'll be able to use or is it, you know, I guess I'm not sure about, like, what happens after the approval. That's different, you know.
Speaker 2:Absolutely. So you wouldn't be able to give them like DC credit. You could still give them. I mean, if you're offering the course in the state of Texas per the 50-50 rule, you technically could still give them a certificate and that would work for their license renewal. Do that until after you get the approval and you start advertising yourself as such. And I think that's such a great question, trina, because that is one of their rules is that they don't want you to advertise if they don't want you to say anything like pending, you know, nbc credit or anything, until you get that approval. So that's a very good question. Thanks, absolutely. Thank you. All. Right, here we go.
Speaker 2:Okay, now you all know what I might have. To end up, I think I might have to do something. I might need to pop into another slideshow because I want to make sure that, before we leave today, that I give you the content areas and there's a huge part of me that's wondering if I accidentally deleted them from this one because I have a few different presentations like this that are different hour time slots. So not time slots, but different durations, rather.
Speaker 1:And Kimberly. Before you run out of time, be sure to tell people how to sign up for your other course and how they can contact you.
Speaker 2:Absolutely Okay. I will definitely do that. Thank you so much. I appreciate that. Thank you, and I'll make sure to. I'll kind of blow through this portion. It is how to make money. So I want to make sure that y'all you know we want to make money too, right. We deserve to live well, right, and to be able to use the skills that we have to do so. So I just wanted to share with y'all a little bit of information on some successful trainings and just kind of how they all came about, just so you can see. I like to tell the story behind the course so you can see how you can evolve the different things that you've done or the different things that you're going to do. And so Counseling Black Women all started off during the doc program, I want to say the second year, when I needed to create a lecture for a master level course, and then the professor, who I adore, she's like hey, you want to just do the whole 30 or three hours instead of 90 minutes. And I was like sure, well, again, in the spirit of working smarter, not harder, I said to myself I have to find a way to repurpose this. And so that's how this all came about. Of course I made some tweaks because, um, again, this was originally created for master level students and so I made some tweaks in translating it to translating it for licensed professionals. And, again, I offer my courses usually if it's on the topic of cultural humility to master students at no charge, just because just something I like to do. So, in any event, that's how that course all came about and, yes, it's been offered in the classroom. Yes, it's been offered. It's a course that I offer usually once a quarter. I also offer this course for different organizations. So, for example, therapy Express I just did it for them last Friday. In addition to that, I offer it to agencies and large group practices privately agencies and large group practices privately. So again, I think I maybe mentioned about four different ways that you can flip a course, this course here that I do with Bonnie Stice. This all started because, again, we were in the doc program and we're trying to work smarter, not harder, and they said, hey, I want you to propose to speak at a national conference, and so we did a roundtable of this at. I want to say it was at either TCA or TASIS. We also had a presentation at ACA in New Orleans last year, and then Bonnie and I actually just offered this, maybe two weeks ago, to another organization CBI is who we offered that for and had a really good time with them and it was pretty profitable, which was nice, and so again, that's a few ways we flipped that. We've also offered that privately for private practices as well, and so again, you can, we've and we've done it in different durations, so it really is, we did an around table, we did it for one hour at ACA, we did it, we do it as a three hour training and when we offered it privately, we've done it at 90 minutes to meet the needs of that particular agency.
Speaker 2:Another course that I want to mention to you and this would not be eligible for NBCC credit, but I still want to mention it to you because it's a way to think outside the box and how we can diversify our income and make more money. So this course here, this is actually, to date, I want to say, one of my most profitable courses, and it's a course about infusing CBT into psychiatric nurse practitioner visits. The reason why this can't be approved for NBCC credit is because NBC states NBCC states that in their requirements you must offer courses for graduate level counselors, psychiatric nurse practitioners I couldn't get that word out. They are not graduate level counselors. Even though they learn counseling, that is not like the foundation of their role. So it's a course that we made and it's something that I did based on my skillset in counseling.
Speaker 2:But what I found is that a lot of psychiatric nurse practitioners they either live in rural areas or they have therapists that have really long wait lists and they're needing to offer a little bit more care until their client can get the full on sessions with the therapy. They learn this in their program but they're not as well versed in it as we are, most of them based on the programs that they went to. So a lot of them like to seek out trainings and I'm going to be honest with you. I'm going to say something kind of mean right now. They'll take pezzy trainings and I don't know, maybe it's all the flyers or brochures that I get, but I'm like, don't do that. Y'all, like you know, but they do have some great training, so maybe it's okay. But long story short, wanted to be able to provide them some expert information and really education on the topic of counseling.
Speaker 2:And then Lauren comes in, so we collaborate and she does her thing as it relates to billing and documentation, and so again I wanted to bring this up for the purpose of how can you make you know, how can you make the most amount of money from these trainings that you're going to offer based on your knowledge? Here I'll kind of blow through this slide, but again I just wanted to show you a little bit of how you can kind of dip in and out of spaces with what you're doing. Yes, you can offer it to the community and your peers and your colleagues. I have also found that collaborating with individuals who have large communities is another really profitable way to go about this. Again, doing trainings for organizations where that's just like their sole purpose, offering continuing education credits, has also been something really helpful. I will say that when Bonnie and I spoke at ACA in New Orleans last year, the individual had us come speak to their local chapter in Baton Rouge, virtually, and then they're going to have us as their keynote this year. So again, I'm just trying to show you different ways to kind of get into the different rooms, to advertise yourself, to market yourself as that subject matter expert and to make money. So to sum up this making money piece.
Speaker 2:A couple of other things that you could do is sell on-demand courses, which we know that's going to be an additional fee with the application and an additional process as well as it relates to on demand courses. You can host live webinars and if you choose to offer a replay, you can do so. You can also license your content to schools and agencies. I know I've done that before. I usually do that on a time limited basis, just because I do like to kind of hold my IP a little bit close to my chest, so I'll usually license it for about 30 to 60 days. You can offer a monthly membership on the courses that you're offering, as well as upsell consults, ce credits or any bonus modules. You can create tiered course packages. So I know I have another course right now for psychiatric nurse practitioners and pretty much the more you pay, the more you get, and it's usually more one-on-one time with myself and the psychiatric nurse practitioner. You can also establish ongoing consultant relationships, which is really ideal because typically with the consulting you can make a pretty decent amount of money in a short amount of time through the consulting work.
Speaker 2:Partner with aligned organizations and I use that word aligned for a reason I really again I mentioned before I love this group and really appreciate the foundations and the values of Dr Walker, and so making sure that you're aligning yourself with the appropriate organizations as well as collaborating with other disciplines, with the disclaimer that if you're collaborating with someone else and you're making a course for a different discipline, that it may not be covered through NBCC but it could still be extremely profitable and also stay visible and to get credentialed across disciplines. So today we're just talking about NBCC, but it's not a bad idea to get covered under APA or to even get covered for social workers, so that when you're offering your courses they are not just applicable to licensed professional counselors and all the different ways they call us that across the nation, but that they're also available to other disciplines. That would be like the ideal thing. So let's see if you want to know more about how this topic. I do have a course and I have different ways that I offer it. So I have the four hour course that will be offered next Friday at 10 am and I offer that once a quarter. I also have a VIP day. So that's the four hour course, but one on one, where we solely focus on your course. Same material, but it's much more specialized.
Speaker 2:A course that I haven't offered in a few quarters is a course where I go over all nine pages of the application and we go over it step by step. We also go over the requirements a bit more in depth as well, as far as like what the difference might be from this one hour. Again, I try to fit so much of four hours into one hour, which is so hard. As you can see, I'm already out of time. But what we do is we do a deeper review of the requirements and expectations, because the policy handbook is 24 pages, so we do a deeper dive into that. We also go through the nine pages of the application step by step, line by line, and then we workshop the application.
Speaker 2:So for individuals who need help building their bios and their objectives, and we also what I've tried to do is condense what I learned over about 16 weeks in a teaching course, and I incorporate that as it relates to teaching pedagogy as well as learning styles, so that we can keep in mind how we're teaching and how we are sharing knowledge in a way that works for our attendees Also offer personalized feedback as well. I did extend the early bird rate of $100 off, and so if you use that QR code, okay cool, yeah, if you use that QR code you'll get $100 off, and that'll be next Friday, but also I'll offer it again off and that'll be next Friday, but also I'll offer it again. And, dr Walker, I just realized something. I did cut those content slides which I think is so important. I want to be mindful of everyone's time, but I'm also I don't know if you want like a quick five minute. I don't know what would be best.
Speaker 1:I can keep it going. If people want to hang out, that's absolutely okay with me, and you can see the other slides. People are asking where to get this information. This is her PowerPoint. She's using Canva, so this is what she gave me is now in your profile, even that QR code. So if you miss the QR code, just go to your Kate Walker trading profile. It's all there. So, yeah, if you want to hang out, I'll keep going, kimberly.
Speaker 2:Okay, thank you so much and I'll make this so quick. I don't know how I guess I got to delete happy, but I had like 40 or 50 slides and I was like Kim, that's not going to work for me, so let me get those content slides and I'll just go through that really quickly. I'm so sorry about that y'all. I kept asking myself when are they coming in, and they just never came. So let's see here, let Cam do its thing. Thank y'all so much.
Speaker 2:I'm so sorry that I did not include this, and what I'll do is I can resend the PDF to for anybody who had to leave. I'll make sure to resend the PDF to Dr Walker just so that, if you didn't get this piece of the puzzle, you get it, because I do think that knowing about the content is extremely important, of course. So let me thank goodness. That's also the cool thing about Canva it will restore a previous version of the presentation, so I was able to pull that up really quick. All right, let's get this going. All right, so it's 46 pages, it wasn't 50, okay, all right, let me share my screen with y'all again.
Speaker 2:All right can you all see this slide here that says see you. Content areas. Yeah, thank you. Okay, cool, all right, so quickly I'll go over the content areas. So when you're thinking about what kind of course you want to offer, again'll say as we're going over these topics. So the first topic is counseling theory, practice and therapeutic relationship, and so this might look like something related to diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders, crisis intervention and mindfulness strategies, as well as distance counseling and biofeedback. When Daisy did her course again on culturally responsive play therapy for Spanish speaking parents, this is where this is the content area that we decided to put for that course, and what you'll notice is some contents or some topics, some trainings. Rather, they might fit into multiple content areas, and so you are welcome to list all of them. Or, again, if we're going with less is more, you might just choose to use one of the content areas. Another content area is human growth and development, so anything related to personality and lifespan development, as well as learning theories and human development models. Okay, so sometimes I get I think I had someone who wanted to do something a little bit attachment style related that might go under the human growth and development, we also have wellness and prevention, so something related to complementary alternative medicine, conflict resolution, anger management, sleep hygiene that's a big one nutrition, sex education and community-based wellness initiatives. That would be covered under wellness and prevention. We've also got social and cultural foundations most of my courses again because I speak on this topic culture, humility a lot, a lot of them fit into this particular content area. So anything related to multicultural competency and counseling, social justice and societal concerns or cross-cultural influences on mental health. So again, I always like to try to add an example, if at all possible, for daisy girl with her course. Yes, it was specific to play therapy, but it was also working specifically with Spanish-speaking parents, and so this was another content area that we listed on her application.
Speaker 2:Another content area is group dynamics and counseling. So for all my group folks, anything about group development and dynamics, counseling theories and methods for group work, techniques to foster a safe and therapeutic group environment you could see this really coming in handy for anybody who maybe works at like a higher level of care where group services are offered. Maybe they need a little bit more. By they I mean any of the clinicians who are working there. They might need some more support as it relates to group work. Another content area is career development and counseling, and so career counseling theories and technique, life work, role transitions and career life planning models, anything related to job search trends, workplace assessment and career resources. I know that there is an assessment, a more so a protocol that my chair has developed with a few colleagues as it relates to career development and how to do it in a way that's expressive, opposed to like. So fill out, you know, fill out all of these different assessments so we can find which career you're doing. So that's something I've been thinking about for her. I was like you know what I think if she taught other clinicians how to offer this, it could fit under this area.
Speaker 2:There's also a content area of assessment and counseling, so anything related to diagnostic interviewing and clinical assessment, ethical and legal considerations and assessment, ethical and legal considerations and assessment, dsm protocols, standardized assessments and psychopharmacology basics. I really like the psychopharmacology basics one, just because, again I think about what I know about medicine, just based on working out the different levels of care. But how, that's not always common knowledge, and so sometimes we're seeing our clients present in ways that are like side effects of their medication, when you know instead of what they're experiencing as it relates to their mental health. Now, of course, I always give the disclaimer that I am not the medication provider, but just knowing those things it helps me to better conceptualize and be able to kind of suss out what's going on with the client a little bit better. We also have the topics of research and program evaluation, so that might be anything related to critical evaluation of research findings, developing measurable outcomes for interventions, foundational research methods, statistics and report dissemination.
Speaker 2:My idea for this section was I took this eight day oh my gosh, I don't know how many hours. It was like six hours a day quantitative methods course and I wanted to tell my professor you should offer this as a course. It was amazing. I mean, you did have to put yourself through six hours of grueling quantitative methods for the day, really quantitative methods for the day. But again, that could just be one idea for anybody who wants to increase their skill in research.
Speaker 2:And another topic here this is another really popular one is counselor professional identity and practice issues. So anything related to ethical codes and decision-making models, advocacy, interdisciplinary teamwork and professional organizations, starting a new private practice, social media use and emerging issues, clinical supervision, consultation and forensic interviewing. So those I would say again, with that content it's usually the counseling theory that's really popular, the social and cultural foundations, the assessment and I would also say this content area of counselor professional identity and practice issues. All right, so that's it for content. That was so quick. Again, usually when we're doing this, we're workshopping it, we're talking about your ideas for your topics and things like that, but wanted to again give you some of the meat and potatoes. I really thank you all for staying later, whoever was able to stay later today. And again, dr Walker, thank you so much for having me here today and allowing me to share this with your group.
Speaker 1:Kimberly, thank you so much. This is like one of the number one questions I get asked. You know, how do we, how do you do this? And so when I found out you did this, I was like, oh my gosh, so we may have you back. You know, this is something I love funneling people to good people. So y'all check it out, check out the PowerPoint, check out her stuff. If you want to do this, it's complicated, I mean, it's just not one of those things where you just kind of fill out a couple of boxes. So highly recommend, kimberly. Thank you so much and I'm proud of you guys. Thanks for doing something great on a Thursday night Way to go. All right, everybody, go get some dinner, go get a glass of wine. Yes, good idea.
Speaker 2:Thanks, Kimberly. One more thing Someone says, if they can't make it one, I do offer this course once a quarter. So if they want to, you know, add, get added to my mailing list. They can do that.
Speaker 1:And I get on her mailing list. This is what I was talking about the other night. This get on her mailing list.
Speaker 2:Exactly you. So much, dr walker, thank you all right, see you guys. See you later, bye.
